There are several things you can personalise in the the settings by clicking on the [User Preferences] link below, for example email notification when someone replies to your post or sends you a Private Message. Please also note that sometimes there are two General Forum categories listed below - it doesn't matter which one you use as it's just a glitch in the system that we can't resolve.

Images on most bits of iGroops should only be a maximum of 500pixels - you can resize them by dragging in from a corner. I've done yours for you.
