In order to avoid CMPG members going to all the same places to put up exhibition posters/flyers, I will keep a master list of who is going to which venues to request the display of a poster or flyer.

Everyone who attended tonight's (29th) meeting will have received a list of venues that were willing to display CMPG posters/flyers for previous exhibitions. Some members have already indicated venues they plan to visit, but there are still a lot of venues on the list that need volunteers to visit them - and of course there are also a lot of new venues we can ask.

So, if you have some venues that you know you plan to call upon, please can you email me directly to jsieder@yahoo.com and I will update the list. If you email me and I know the venue is already being attended to by another member, I will endeavour to email you back asap to save your wasted effort.

If you weren't able to attend tonight's meeting and would like the list of venues that was distributed then, email me and I will send you a copy of the excel sheet with as much info on it as I have received from members thus far.
