VERY IMPORTANT!!  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES COMPOSE YOUR POST IN A WORD PROCESSOR AND PASTE IT INTO THIS APPLICATION - HIDDEN FORMATTING CODES PLAY HAVOC WITH THE WHOLE SITE AND TAKES HOURS TO FIND AND CORRECT.

There are several things you can personalise in the the settings by clicking on the [User Preferences] link below, for example email notification when someone replies to your post or sends you a Private Message.  Please also note that sometimes there are two General Forum categories listed below - it doesn't matter which one you use as it's just a glitch in the system that we can't resolve.

I learned a lot from Brent's great presentation. Even though I will probably never carry equipment around (other than a simple reflector) for location shots, he covered a lot of considerations that will make me think more as I take photos. I personally got a lot out of it. Now I just have to put it to use! I appreciate him taking the time to bring in all that equipment and discuss what he does and how.

Brent did an excellent job on his lighting presentation and I am glad he chose to share his techniques and experiences with the CMPG.
