I have a Minolta Elite 5400 film scanner. I used it to scan my 35 mm negs aquired over the last 30 odd years. After 3 months the work is complete.

If anyone would like to buy the scanner for a nominal amount then okay. As an alternative I would be prepared to scan a few negs for any group member and put them on a DVD/Cd - no charge.

If interested please email me at scragoak@yahoo .co.uk

That's a generous offer! I'll send a link to your post out to the members. I think there are one or two people who have material on 35mm trannies who were saying they'd like to digitise them.
